I don’t like getting derailed on any training plan but I learned long time ago that
I’m not perfect.
I set the bar too damn high on myself.
Body gets what body wants.
Sunday I was feel poorly and today I couldn’t get out of bed, accept to text my boss.
I then spent most of the morning sleeping and only left home to get lunch.
The rest of this afternoon was drawing, laundry and writing. Light work and soft resting.
Naps often and sweet dreams of unmentionables because I forget what they were.
Chili is ready in the crockpot so there is nothing that “must” be done at this time.
As I go back to my covers I leave you with this thought…
